Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your gear. We put a lot of work into picking top-tier fabrics and making sure the quality is spot on so you get a piece you’re proud to wear.

That said, we know that sometimes a fit isn't quite right or things just look different in person. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we’re more than happy to sort out a return, exchange, or refund for you.

The Ground Rules

You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to kick off a return or exchange. To keep things fair, we can only take items back if they are in their original, resellable condition.

We can't accept returns on items that are:

  • Washed, worn, dirty, or altered in any way.

  • Damaged by accident (rather than a manufacturing defect).

  • Missing their original packaging or tags.

  • Heads up: Once that 14-day window closes, we can't process any returns, exchanges, or refunds, so please check your order as soon as it lands!*

How it Works

  • The Refund: Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send the funds right back to the original payment method you used.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are on you, as we don’t offer prepaid return labels.

  • Shipping Snags: If your parcel gets cancelled or lost in transit before it even gets to you, just shoot us a message and we'll get a replacement sorted out.
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label to resend the package.
